Pilates is a full body workout incorporating Joseph Pilates philosophy of movement based on six principles: centering, control, flow, breath, precision, and concentration. 

Our studio has 6 reformers to ensure an intimate experience. 

Our classes are designed to make you laugh, feel beautiful, strong and fit!
